CUSTOM & MADE TO ORDER

Hare & Hunter is now primarily a custom and made-to-order knitwear store.

We previously released new ready-to-ship stock through monthly drops, however due to the wonderful demand for our custom knitwear, these regular drops have currently come to a halt. We will still release the occasional ready-to-ship drop, so keep an eye on our Instagram @hareandhunter_ for announcements and previews of fresh stock.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you have your heart set on a particular style, colour or size that isn’t currently available, we offer custom-made knitwear to suit your little one.

Simply get in touch with us via Instagram or email hareandhunter.nz@gmail.com to discuss your custom order.

SIZING

All of our hand-knitted garments are knitted to our standard size ranges. However, every baby and toddler is different, and sizing can vary between little ones.

If you’re unsure about which size to choose or would like measurements for a particular garment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re always happy to help you find the best fit for your little one.

Shipping

We ship items throughout New Zealand using NZPOST. Tracking numbers will be sent to you when orders are fulfilled. 

Estimated time for delivery 1 week - if you require a faster delivery time frame - please directly message us on Instagram so I can priority pack your order. 

NZ Shipping rates;

$9 flat rate tracked within New Zealand

$15 tracked rural delivery in New

Please select the correct shipping option at checkout.

If you are located at a rural address, you must select Rural Delivery.

Shipping addresses are checked against the delivery address provided. If a rural address is submitted using the residential shipping rate, the order will be held and you will be contacted to pay the additional shipping cost before your order is dispatched.

Please check your tracking link we have emailed you. If you did not receive a tracking number from us or have an enquiry on your tracking,  send us a message via Instagram or email & we will be in touch with the courier company.

New or custom made items 

A friendly reminder that all our garments are hand knitted to a high standard. Hand crafted knitwear are not identical. Please read the measurements below the garment before purchasing to ensure you have the right size for your little one.

  • We do not allow refunds for change of mind.
  • We do no allow refunds for the wrong size but we do allow an exchange for a custom made garment.
  • We do not refund items unless they are visibly faulty
  • We do not refund or exchange any custom made goods.
  • We do not refund if the clothing has been worn 
  • We do not refund SALE items or SPECIAL items.
